Jamshedpur, Nov 29: The leaders of erstwhile Jan Sangh too have come out in open support for the Chief Ministerial face of Jharkhand Raghubar Das to assure the BJP brigade of a thumping victory for the party�s candidate from the Jamshedpur East Assembly constituency. They are meeting senior citizens and intellectuals and urging them to vote for the saffron party.
The erstwhile Jan Sangh leaders also met senior citizens at Baridih Postal Park and discussed the work being done by the BJP governments in the Centre and the state. The efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to usher in an era of development were lauded by them. They were united in their decision to give total support to Raghubar Das and mobilize others to ensure his victory. The leaders who convened this meeting were Ram Prakash Singh Ashok, Jagarnath Upadhyay and other senior persons.
