Jamshedpur, Sept 12: The employees of Jojobera plant of Nuvoco Vistas Corp Limited will get 19 per cent annual bonus this year. A bonus agreement to this effect was signed between the representatives of Jojobera cement plant employees union and the company management.
As per the agreement, the employees will get a minimum of Rs 40, 469 in bonus while the maximum bonus would be Rs 1, 54, 230.
The bonus agreement was signed by the plant head Manoj Agrawal, senior vice president Sandeep Pandey, senior vice president Ravindra Dharkar, senior vice president (Accounts) Shankar Mitra, GM (PA) Vinay Dubey, Anil Goswami, Maya Tiwary, Vinay Trivedi, Sanjeev Srivastava and other union members.
