No polythene drive: Rs 46,200 collected from 10 traders

Jamshedpur: A flying squad of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee collected Rs 46,200 in fine from 10 traders in Bhuiyandih and Sakchi for allegedly using banned polythene bags. Leading the team, City Manager Sonal Singh said 26 kg of banned polythene bags were recovered from six persons in Bhuiyandih while in Sakchi, four kg polythene bags were seized from four shops. She said the campaign would continue till the city is completely freed from polythene.
