Jamshedpur, Aug 10: Chhota Govindpur Krishna Boys� Committee will not organize the �Matki Fore� programme this year on the occasion of Janmashtami celebrations in view of the prevailing pandemic condition. This decision was taken by members in a club meeting today. During the ground breaking ceremony for pandal construction club patron Bunty Singh informed that the Krishna Boys� Committee will not organize any cultural function this year because of the prevalence of COVID-19 infections. He said that only the rituals pertaining to the worship of Lord Shri Krishna will be held on the midnight of August 12 in which, apart from the priests, only Committee members will be allowed to participate. He said that social distancing and other guidelines will be followed during the puja.
