Jamshedpur: East Singhbhum district reported 22 corona positive cases on Monday, November 30. No COVID-19 death was recorded during the day.
The new positives in Jamshedpur took the Coronavirus tally to 16807. The death toll remained at 370 with no death reported in East Singhbhum district on Monday.
23 people recovered of the virus on Monday taking the total recovery to 16225 while total active cases in Jamshedpur are 212.
East Singhbhum district administration has conducted 141810 test per million in the district. The recovery rate in Jamshedpur is 97% while the mortality rate is 2.2 %.
So far in Jamshedpur 397644 samples have been collected out of which 377499 have been tested and 360692 have turned out to be negative.
On the other hand, Coronavirus tally in Jharkhand on Saturday reached 1,09,151 as 167 new cases of Covid-19 were detected while 288 people were discharged from various hospitals across the Jharkhand. During the day 1 death were reported as a result of which the overall death count reached 964.
As per the information provided by the health department the number of active cases in the state was 2016 while number of cured and discharged cases stood at 1,06,171. The total number of death caused by Coronavirus in the state stood at 964.
