Ranchi, Oct. 27: State government spokesperson and Personnel Principal Secretary Nidhi Khare today sought to contradict the news published in some of the newspapers stating that Chief Minister Raghubar Das has postponed the foundation stone laying programme for several road construction projects.

In case the estimated fund increases, the state government bears the expenses. Moreover, the state government pays for taking care of the project. Hence the state government has requested the Union government to reconsider both the advisories of the Union Govt.
