Jamshedpur: Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar informed that due to the death of Jharkhand�s Minority Development Minister Haji Hussain Ansari, the state government had ordered two days� official state mourning commencing Sunday, October 4. As a result all government and administrative establishments where flags are flown will remain on half mast as a sign of respect towards the departed soul. All official business including engagements will remain suspended on Monday, October 5, the second day of the state mourning.
