Jamshedpur, Mar 15: In a historic development, NIT Jamshedpur has forged a groundbreaking partnership with IIT Gandhinagar, enabling students from NIT to study at the esteemed IIT campus for one semester. This landmark agreement, facilitated by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two institutions, heralds a new era of academic collaboration and resource-sharing.

Under this pioneering initiative, NIT Jamshedpur and IIT Gandhinagar will open their campuses to each other, offering students access to a wider array of educational opportunities and resources. The MoU, recently signed by Prof. Gautam Sutradhar, Director of NIT Jamshedpur, paves the way for research students pursuing Ph.D. programs at NIT to conduct research at IIT Gandhinagar, leveraging the expertise of research guides at both institutions.
