Nisha Gadia takes charge as President of IWC Jamshedpur Zest

Jamshedpur, July 19: Nisha Gadia took over as the President of Inner Wheel Club (IWC) of Jamshedpur Zest during the 7th installation ceremony held at a city hotel.

The Chief Guest for the evening was Prabha Padia, state Vice President, Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Mahila Sammelan and guest of honour was Anamika Mazumdar.

Nisha Gadia will be the President of IWC Jamshedpur Zest for the year 2018-19 along with her executive team including IPP – Navneet Kaur, V.P. – Nidhi Adesera, Secretary – Reema Adesera, Treasurer- Nikita Mehta, ISO- Bhavi Meghani and Editor – Preeti Khara.

Addressing the gathering, Nisha Gadia, said, ‘To embrace this year�s theme �Empower and Evolve� the all the members must come together and collectively make a difference. Our goals for the new year is focused on training teachers, adult literacy, child development, Under the happy schools project – more schools to be adopted and libraries to be created, fund to be raised and P.R. Initiatives’, she added.

President further informed that the club was recognized by several awards at the district level in the year 2018-19 including Efficient Club award, Efficient Exemplary President Award, Efficient Secretary Award, Star club – for happy school award, Supreme star club- for nation builder, Star club – Adult literacy, Star club- for Asha Kiran, District award – best Eye Checkup and Sanitary pad vending machine.

The ceremony was also attended by District ISO Rita Jha, PDC,DLCC- Aruna Taneja, PDC – Lata Raina, Punam Vig (Samadhan President ), CGR Pasam Adesara and others.
