Jamshedpur, Feb 7: The Builders Association of India (BAI) has elected Nirmal Srivastava as the new President of Jamshedpur Chapter, while Suraj Badani will take charge as the President of Adityapur Chapter. The elections took place during the Annual General Meeting (2025-26) at Beldih Club, Bistupur on Thursday.
The association discussed crucial issues concerning the construction industry, including government policies, smart city projects, environmental concerns and the use of new technologies. Baldeep Bansal and Deepak Mangalam were elected as Vice Presidents of the Jamshedpur Chapter, while Saheb Singh and Updesh Chawla took the same positions in the Adityapur Chapter.
The newly elected leaders emphasized their commitment to quality, transparency and innovation in the construction sector. The members congratulated the new office bearers and vowed to work towards strengthening the organization and expanding the real estate and infrastructure industry in the region.
