Nirbhay Singh accuses Minister Banna Gupta of conniving with police against Abhay Singh

Jamshedpur, July 25: After BJP leader Abhay Singh’s release on bail in the Kadma violence and mob stone-pelting case, the police have initiated production in another case in which the BJP leader has been accused of demanding ransom for which, he will have to obtain bail to step out of jail.

After the news of Abhay Singh’s bail on Monday, his supporters were elated, but with the news of the police initiation of production, their joy was cut short.

Abhay Singh’s brother, Nirbhay Singh, held a press conference on Tuesday on this issue. He accused Minister Banna Gupta of conspiring with the SSP. He alleged that Banna Gupta and the police were working hand-in-glove to prevent his brother from getting out of jail. “The police want to suppress my brother’s Hindu identity, but they do not realize that Abhay Singh can sacrifice his life, but he will never compromise with his Hindu identity.”

Nirbhay Singh stated that although his brother was not involved in the Kadma violence, his name was featured in the incident. “As soon as he got bail in the violence case, the police initiated production in the mob stone-throwing case, and now, after getting bail in that case too, they have started proceedings in the Mango ransom case.”

Nirbhay Singh revealed that a builder’s fake extortion case was registered in Sakchi police station back in 2020, but the Court had not received a copy of it yet. He said, “When Abhay Singh gets bail in the Mango ransom accusation charges, the police might entangle him in another case. The police have become puppets of Banna Gupta.”
