Jadugora: National Human Rights Conference (NHRC) has sent a notice to Jharkhand Chief Secretary and sought a reply in connection with the alleged torture of Santosh Agrawal and Sushil Agrawal, journalists of Jadugora, by the former officer in-charge of Jadugora police station Nayan Sukh Dadel.
It has found the charges of torture of the brothers by Dadel.
