NHES students pledge to save environment on I-DayX

Jamshedpur, Aug. 17: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES), D. N. Kamani High School and N. H. Gujarati M.E. School jointly celebrated the �71st Independence Day� in the school premises on August 15.

Nakul Kamani, President of the School Managing Committee was the Chief Guest on this occasion and unfurled the national flag.

Sourav Kumar, a student of Narbheram Hansraj English School delivered an inspiring speech on the occasion of Independence Day.

Patriotic songs were sung by the students of D. N. Kamani High School and N. H. Gujarati M. E. School.

Students of the G.K. Club of Narbheram Hansraj English School conducted a programme to bring awareness on environmental issues.

They took a pledge to safeguard �Mother Nature�. The Chief Guest Nakul Kamani and the other members contributed by planting saplings.

The students tied rakhis to the plants to spread the message of �Green India, Greener India�.

A motivating speech was delivered by the Chief Guest. Stuti Banerjee extended the vote of thanks.
