Jamshedpur : International Human Rights Association (IHRA) meeting was organised on Wednesday at Telco. On the occasion, more than 100 people joined the association and promise to work as per the rules in public interest .
On the occasion of National Vice President Kamal Akhtar and national general secretary Usha Singh welcomed the new joinees.
On the occasion, the National Vice President Kamal Akhtar said IHRA Jharkhand state under the rules of the Human Rights Organization is working for the greater interest of the society. He called for stopping human rights abuses and more over judiciary, executive and legislature need coordination.
Focusing on female feticide, save water and human rights Usha Singh said that the way one flower makes no garland, the same way public interest and human rights work in the interests of the organization are necessary. She called for the need to strengthen the organisation.
At the function state secretary Santosh Kumar Pathak and Chandana Chatterjee presided the meeting. On Mukesh Rai, Prabha Tiwary, Alisha Tirkey, Sanju Kalindi, Jitendra Singh, Ashutosh Singh, Arun Singh, Malti Tiwary and Lata Sinha were present.
