Jamshedpur : Senior superintendent of police (SSP) of Jamshedpur Anup Birtharey held a meeting with the officials of Patamada police station on Thursday in the wake of recovery of posters in the area. Suspected Naxalites pasted posters at few places in Patamada yesterday. This led the SSP to visit Patamada and hold a meeting with the local officials. Birtharey directed the police officers to keep an eye on Naxalite activities in the area and ensure that they are accessible to local people on all times. The SSP also asked the police officials to ensure they behave well with the public and ensure disposal of their grievances and registration of their complaints without delay.
