Jamshedpur, March 4: National Safety Month (4th March � 3rd April�16) celebrations started at Tata Motors on Friday, March 4.
The event started with Flag hoisting & Safety Pledge ceremony at General Office by SB Borwankar � ED Quality, AB Lall, Head- Jamshedpur Plant, Prakash Kumar�General Secretary of Telco Workers� Union and senior Leadership Team.
During this event, Plant Head & ED- Quality reemphasized on the importance of inculcating Safe Behavior in daily routine and role in sustaining the Safety Culture in the plant. Similar activities were also carried out at different factories in the plant.
Ratan Khes, Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories also visited the plant and appreciated the Safety activities being undertaken.
As part of the planned series of events, a PPE exhibition was also organized wherein new and innovative PPEs were showcased.
