Seraikela, Sep 24: General Secretary, Sessions Judge and President of District Legal Services Authority Kishore Kumar Srivastav today held a meeting at their chamber in the court in Seraikela.
According to reports Chief District Judge demanded execution of maximum number of bank defaulter certificate case and other cases at the National Lok Adalat scheduled for November 23.
He said that all the cases related to this should be brought to the lok adalat where they will be solved by bilateral agreement so that the person involved in the case should be made free and the banks whose money has been converted into NPA will be recovered.
District Judge further said that a debtor never wants not to repay the loan amount and fix himself up in the judicial process and get convicted. There are several debtors who want to pay back their loans amount but due to the presence of middlemen they are afraid of going to the banks.
There is a need to create awareness among these debtors which can be possible only through organizing Lok Adalats and awareness programs. On the occasion Bank manager Seraikela RK Sinha along with representatives and branch managers of several banks were present.
