Jamshedpur, Jan 12: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) celebrated National Youth Day on Thursday, January 12.
Students of the school showcased special programme, recited mantras, song and through power point presentation commemorated the versatile and multi-faceted personality of Swami Vivekananda.
Payal Agarwal of class 11 presented her thoughts on how Swami Vivekananda motivated our youth.
School Principal Paromita Roy Choudhury said, “The aim of the event was to spread awareness amongst the students about the contributions of the world leaders to resolve conflict through non-violent and peaceful means.”
January 12 marks the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. It is celebrated to inspire and honour the youths who has the power to lead and nourish the historical culture of our country.
