Jamshedpur, July 1: The Jyoti Club of D. B. M. S. English School organised the Jyoti Inter School English Extempore 2015 at the school Auditorium on Tuesday, June 30. At the event 19 renowned schools of the city participated which was comprised into two categories- High School and Plus Two.
Two participants from each school took part in each category of the contest.� This challenge builds up the confidence of today�s youth to face the competitive world outside. �
In the High School Category �: Rahul Gorai of Kerala Public School, Kadma was declared the winner, Priyanka Jha of Kerala Samajam Model School bagged the second position while Parag Mallik of �Loyola School won the third prize.
Coming to the Plus Two Category which saw a stiff competition were Muskan Mascharak of Loyola School came out the winner, Ekta Kar of Kerala Samajam Model School bagged the second position while Anushka Pal of Sacred Heart Convent School was declared third.
Earlier, the contest was inaugurated by the School Principal, Mrs. Rajani Shekhar and the Chief Guest for the occasion was Brother Ranjeet Kerketta, Head of Jyoti Unit.� The judges for the event were�Mrs. Sushmita Ghosh and Dr. Sunil Nandwani.
