Jamshedpur: Social organization Muskan has taken up the cudgel to offer counseling to parents and students to come out from stress related problems during exams and after results are out.
To eliminate stress among students during exams a workshop was organized at Vidya Bharati Chinmaya School. School principal Mrs Vipin Sharma, chief guest, counselor Chandeswar Khan, spokesperson of Muskan Pradip Kumar Singh were present on the occasion.
Chandeshwar Khan on the occasion shed light on how to deal with stress related issues amicably. He urged the students to chalk out plan for study hours on a day to day basis during exam period.
Khan advised the students not to indulge in needless worry over marks and make proper time-management while doing exam preparations.
Vijendra Singh of Muskan called upon the students to restrain from watching TV, using mobile phones and outings ahead of exam to score good marks. School Principal Mrs Vipin Sharma said that good marks could be obtained through hard work and better planning.
The ‘Muskan’ has launched helpline nos (8092867918 and 8809328019) to offer counseling to students suffering from stress related problems.
