Murder allegation in Kadma suicide case

Jamshedpur: Police investigation into the alleged suicide of the 33 year old Kadma resident Reena Devi has now taken a turn with her blood relatives accusing her husband of murdering her. The relatives alleged that illicit relationship of Reena�s husband led to her killing.

Kanchan Devi, elder sister of the deceased, said Reena�s husband Pankaj Sah and his family members often tortured her sister. She said Pankaj had illicit relationship with a woman and that he had also kept her in a rented accommodation.

She said Pankaj had beaten his wife and broken the TV in their house a few days ago. She said her sister had not committed suicide and that her in-laws had made it appear to be a case of suicide. Meanwhile, Pankaj Sah and his family members have denied the allegations against them as baseless and motivated.
