Munda addresses trainee IAS officers

Ranchi, June 2: Addressing eight trainees of Indian Administrative Services (IAS), former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Arjun Munda said the state is lagging behind in human capital, revenue alertness, administrative sensitivity and lack of approach.

Appreciating their talent and experience, Munda said that the trainees have ground level experience and have positive approach towards the work which is an asset. Munda further said that with the changing work culture the administrative officers play a vital role.

Munda focused on education and health and said that they are the most important factors of the state. On the occasion Dr. Kamal Srivastav, Sandeep Singh, Ravishankar Shukla, Harshika Singh, Rajiv Kumar Besra, Neha Arora, Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh and others were present.
