Mukhiya Sangh President Niresh Deogam resigns

Chaibasa: West Singhbhum Mukhiya Union President Niresh Deogam on Monday resigned from the post. While tendering his resignation, Deogam said that Mukhiya Union has deviated from its path as now the Zila Parishad chairperson and Vice chairperson interfere in the activities of Mukhiya Sangh. ‘After all, Mukhiyas are elected by the people and they have to work as per public expectation. But interference creates problem in the union which does not allow the Mukhiya Sangh to work as per its norms so I decided to resign from the post’, he added.
