Jamshedpur: The MP of Jamshedpur Dr Ajay Kumar has come forward to make the city more beautiful by supporting and funding the installation of flower pots at Mango bridge (Jaiprakash Narayan Setu).
The MP has joined hands with the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) to make this possible. Euphorbia flower plants have been placed in pots to make the bridge beautiful.
Around 200 pots are to be placed along the bridge on both sides. The flowers will be of different colours.
The plant has thorns which will keep animals away. Such plants will also be kept at other places in the city including Tatanagar railway station, the MP said.
