MP Bidyut Mahato highlights self achievements

Jamshedpur, April 15: Bidyut Baran Mahato, MP from Jamshedpur highlighting his achievements said that giving priority to development he tried his best to solve the issues related to roads, rail, highway, mines, education, health, Electricity Dept. and irrigation.

Talking to the media persons at a city hotel on Wednesday, Mahato said, �Jamshedpur will move in the paths of development shortly as several projects related to health, education and mines have been cleared as I met several union ministers of related departments and also urged the Chief Minister Raghubar Das to move towards solution.� This was the first meeting of Mahato ever since he was elected MP from Jamshedpur.

MP further said that it was due to his efforts that Tata-Byappanahalli (Bangalore) and Tata-Chakulia Memo train started and also held a meeting with the Rail Minister for extension of Purushottam Express till Jaipur, and starting of new super fast train between Tata and Jaipur, Tata-Patna Intercity premium train and several others.

Talking about the closed mines in the region, MP said that due to mines shutdown several employees and workers have been affected financially and tried to get clearance from forest, environment officials so that the mines can be opened at the earliest.

The estimated cost of repairing of NH-33 was increased to 67 crore and rrecommended 900 crore cost for RCC in several parts of the highway. He also offered proposal of 197 roads under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojan (PGSY) of which DPR of 46 roads is already ready.

Bidyut Mahato further said that he provided 200 transformers to the Parliamentary constituency and demanded Nuclear Power Plant in Lok Sabha region from PM Narendra Modi and also got assurance from PM to look into the matter.

At the press meet Jamshedpur Mahanagar district President Nandji Prasad, district president (Rural) Chandi Prasad Saw, MP Representative Sanjeev Kumar and District Spokesperson Anil Modi was present.
