Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato and Potka MLA Menka Sardar jointly laid the foundation of two road construction projects in Potka on Sunday. One of the roads is to be built from Kalikapur panchayat to Matkamdih while the other is to be built from Manhara Chowk to Kant Bhakat.
Addressing the gathering, the MP said the Central and state governments were serious about development. East Singhbhum constituency is undergoing rapid development through implementation of various government projects, he said.
The Potka MLA too, said the government was committed to the overall development of the state. She appealed to people to avail benefits of various welfare schemes.
