Jamshedpur, July 23: An enrichment programme for teachers was organised at Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) on Saturday. The resource-person from Kolkata, Priyanka Chatterjee, spoke about pedagogical changes in the implementation of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The focus was on experiential learning and creative teaching.
Through a variety of activities and hands-on experience, Chatterjee explained as to how a student-friendly lesson plan could be made. The participating teachers learnt that understanding the various learning styles of students is imperative for effective teaching.
In all, 65 teachers attended the session with great enthusiasm. The programme was held in collaboration with Madhuban publishers.
