Jamshedpur: Kerala Public School (KPS), Mango hosted the annual youth festival in the school premises. The theme of the fest was �Vasudeva Kutumbakam.� The fest kicked off with around 200 student participants from classes IV to X. KPS Director Sharat Chandran was the chief guest during the inaugural ceremony.
An array of events was lined up for the day, ranging from painting to dance, Solo song, group and solo dance, pot painting, fashion designing and mehndi.
The bedazzling performances were graced by Alka Sinha (Principal) Kerala Public School, Mango and Laxmi Sarat (Academic Director) Kerela Public Schools. �Such festivals go a long way in creating a positive ambience in the school, as these help develop a sense of teamwork,� said the Principal, Kerala Public School, Mango.
Modesty House was declared the overall champion of the youth festival while Honesty House and Amity House shared the runners-up trophy.
