Jamshedpur, July 26: Junior Heritage Club of Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) organized an activity “Mittie Aur Hum” where a potter was invited to help children make earthen pots. Students of all junior classes got a chance to witness the art of making pots while classes three to five had hands on practice.
Students enjoyed the age old heritage and also learnt about zero waste management which is the need of the hour. Moderator Sunita Sharma guided students about details of a potter�s life, the age old potter�s wheel and how finished pottery is made available to us in the market.
