Jamshedpur, April 19: Nurture the Nature. Go green and save green. “Re_use today, so that you don’t have to reduce your tomorrow,” with this thought, the primary students at MNPS reverberated with excitement and enthusiasm as they geared up to create awareness on environment by celebrating the Earth Day.
The KG and Junior school students were sensitized about the importance of saving environment during a special assembly conducted on the theme “Invest In Our Planet,” which highlighted the importance of dedicating our time, resources, and energy to solving climate change and other environmental issues.
The aim of the event was to motivate and spread awareness among the students on some of the ways to save Mother Earth.
Go green activities were exhibited by the pre primary and junior school students where they were given hands on practice for tree plantation, hug a tree, making seed balls, making paper bags and more.
