Jamshedpur: A special camp was organized at Machhuapara Busti near Workers� College, Mango, on Sunday under the aegis of Mango Notified Area Committee.
It was held with the view to hear grievances of local residents related to civic amenities, pension, voters� ID card, Aadhar card and other important facilities provided by the government.
Many applications had been sent to the MNAC office regarding old age pension. Out of them, 11 were found complete and correct.
Many local residents also raised issues related to drinking water supply in their households. They were assured of a solution to their problems very shortly.
Among those present during the camp included the City Manager of MNAC S Rehman, junior engineer Sukhram Munda, Principal Assistant CC Goswwami and accountant Ganga Sagar.
The MNAC officials said they were also going to organize a special camp in other slums of the city in the coming days.
