Jamshedpur, April 3: Mango Municipal Corporation (MMC) Executive Officer (EO) Dipak Sahay has urged people to take COVID vaccination for protection from the viral infection. He visited the vaccination centre set up at Rajasthan Dharmshala in Mango and inspected facilities and made enquiries from the staff members working there.
The MMC CO, on finding a huge rush at the registration counter ordered people to form a line and maintain social distancing. He also inspected the observation room. Sahay said that both doses of the vaccine were necessary to stave off chances of COVID infection. He urged men and women over 45 years of age to ensure that they got both doses of vaccination following the stipulated gap between the two. He said that while making people aware of the necessity of the vaccine, they should be guided to the vaccination centre for their inoculation.
