Miscreants open fire in Civil Court premises, Advocate injured

Jamshedpur, March 29: Chaos descended on the premises of Jamshedpur Civil Court after an unidentified man opened fire leaving an advocate seriously injured on Sunday afternoon.

The wounded identified as Advocate Anand Jha, resident of Garam Nala was soon rushed to TMH were he is reported to be out of danger.

According to reports, Anand Jha along with his group of advocates were having a small get together inside the court premises and were alleged to have consumed liquor when the firing took place.

Police swung into action and inspected the spot where firing took place, SP City Chandan Jha ordered inquiry into the case and till the news reached the press police was investigating the matter.

Sunday being a holiday no one is allowed to enter the court premises and how come these advocates enter the civil court and plan a get together raises several questions over the security of the courts.
