Jamshedpur: State minister cum MLA of Jamshedpur West Saryu Roy on Thursday sent his representative Chitranjan Verma and other Bharatiya Janata Party members to MGM Hospital and Tata Main Hospital to see the condition of victims of the road accident that occurred in West Singhbhum yesterday.
Eight persons were burnt to death in the head-on collision of two buses between Haat Gamharia and Jhinkpani. The buses were completely charred in the incident.
The MLA�s representative distributed fruits among the injured passengers of the ill fated buses. He also met the senior hospital authorities and demanded best medical facilities for the victims.
Among those present on the occasion included KP Singh, Pradip Singh, TD Ganguly, Sandhya Nandi, Renu Sinha and Gopal Jaiswal.
