Chaibasa, April 9: A delivery van belonging to the Jamshedpur Diary Milk turned turtle near Baljudi village under Hutgamria police station.
The van was coming from Adityapur-based Jamshedpur milk depot to supply milk to the Hutgamharia Jaggnathpur Milk agency on Saturday.
The driver Mukul Kumar and his assistant Dhayan Lal sustained injuries in the mishap. The police sent them to hospital for treatment and took the vehicle in their custody.
The driver lost the balance seeing a 10-tyre heavy vehicle coming from the opposite direction and the van fell in a field. Around 100 liters of milk and curd packets worth Rs 30,000 were damaged in the mishap.
