Rome, Aug 30 (IANS) Italian football club Palermo has announced the signing of midfielder Alessandro Diamanti in a two-year deal.
Diamanti, capped 17 times by Italy, became a free agent after his contract with Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande expired and the deal was announced on Monday, reports Xinhua.
The 33-year-old previously played for Livorno, Brescia and Bologna, as well as West Ham and Watford in the English Premier League.
