Jamshedpur, July 5: Shri Krishna Public School (SKPS) celebrated its annual prize distribution ceremony at the school auditorium on Saturday, recognising students for their academic achievements and overall excellence. The event was presided over by Dr. Hari Vallabh Singh, Founder and Patron of the Shri Krishna Sinha Sansthan, while Rajiv Ranjan, Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum, attended as the chief guest.
Principal Purnima Tripathi presented the annual report highlighting the school’s achievements, while students entertained the audience with colourful cultural performances, including dance and drama.
Students who excelled in the 2025-26 board examinations received mementos and certificates. Amish Raza topped Class X with 66 per cent, while Anjali Kumari secured first place in Class XII Science with 63.5 per cent. In Class XII Commerce, Nandini Sharma emerged as the topper with 88.7 per cent.
Addressing the gathering, Deputy Commissioner Rajiv Ranjan stressed the importance of discipline, sports, and strong cooperation between teachers and parents. Sansthan President Manoj Kumar congratulated the award winners, while Dr. Angad Tiwari encouraged parents to actively support their children’s education. In his presidential address, Dr. Hari Vallabh Singh said education should focus not only on marks but also on values, character, and humanity.
Teachers, parents, students, and principals of the institute’s other schools also attended the function.
