Gamharia: A delegation of villagers led by the ward 3 member of Narayanpur panchayat Lali Devi met the deputy commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan Kripanand Jha on Wednesday and handed over a memorandum to him demanding the construction of a culvert over a drain in the panchayat.
The villagers said they were facing a lot of difficulties due to the absence of a culvert in the area.
