Seraikela, Nov 18: A Mega Lok Adalat will be held from November 19 till November 23 at District Civil and Sessions court in Seraikela, The adalat will be inaugurated on Tuesday at 3 pm, said district and sessions judge KK Srivastav talking to the media persons today.
Srivastav told that on the guidelines of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority District legal services authority will organize the Adalat which will help solve several cases left pending.
At the event all types of civil cases, criminal, bank certificate, family, land acquisition, MNREGA, vehicle accident, electric department along with several other cases will be disposed, added Srivastav.
Srivastav appealed the general public to take benefit from the five day long mega adalat as this time our focus will be on plea litigation cases where we have set a target of Rs 1 crore as recovery amount from the adalat and said that a National Lok Adalat will be also be held on November 23 at Civil and Sessions Court.
