Jamshedpur: A mass pind daan ceremony was organized at Gayatri Shaktipeeth, Tatanagar, on Tuesday. A large number of people attended the ceremony to perform pind daan and tarpan ceremony. The ceremony had started on 24th September. People from Gamharia, Chakradharpur, Seraikela, Raj Kharsawan, Salgajhuri and Jojobera participated in the 16 daylong annual ritual. There were 200 visitors from Hyderabad too, said organizers.
