Mass contact campaign against exploitation by private schools

Jamshedpur: City-based social organization Jharkhand People�s Forum launched a mass contact-cum-awareness campaign near Telco Stadium roundabout on Saturday to protest against the �arbitrary� policies of private schools.

Several hundreds of parents participated in the event and gave their suggestions to improve the current situation in the wake of alleged whimsical behavior being shown by certain private schools of the city.

The protestors discussed about the �inefficacy� of the state government�s rules and regulations regarding schools, especially those imparting primary education.

People enthusiastically welcomed the organization and its promises to help. The event saw the presence of members Pankaj Srivastav, Dilip Jaiswal, Manoj Kumar, Uttam Chakraborty, Sunil Srivastav, Subhendu Haldar, Rekha Verma, Seema Verma and several others.
