Jamshedpur, Nov 27: With less than a week left for the second phase of assembly elections slated for December 2 the political fever is high among all the parties in the state.
On Thursday Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (P) Chief Babulal Marandi addressing the gathering at Laxmi Nagar Football Ground near Manifit under Telco Police Station accused BJP candidate from Jamshedpur East of not doing a single development work in the region in last 20 years.
“People have voted for Raghubar Das for the last 20 years and in return they have not received basic civic necessities including water and electricity. It’s high time the people of Jharkhand vote the BJP candidate out of power and give a chance to JVM candidate Abhay Singh.”
A large crowd was present at the rally venue were women in party’s colourful attire made the stage look more vibrant were Marandi further said that BJP has ruled for the maximum time in Jharkhand and we can see what kind of development they have done in these years in power.
Accusing Munda led government with JMM Marandi said, Arjun Munda government was formed on trade and money considerations and the life of the government was ensured to be short-lived from the very beginning.
Marandi was addressing the rally in support of JVM candidate from Jamshedpur East Abhay Singh were other party members Usha Singh, Jatashankar Pandey, Abhay Singh, Bahua Singh, Sharda Devi and several others were present.
