Manish Kumar assumes office as Jamshedpur DDC, sets an inspiring example by donating blood

Jamshedpur: In a remarkable display of leadership and compassion, Manish Kumar, the newly appointed District Development Commissioner (DDC) of East Singhbhum, took charge of his responsibilities and immediately engaged in a selfless act of donating blood. His gesture has inspired many and garnered admiration from the community.

Kumar, an experienced and dedicated civil servant, officially assumed the role of 28th DDC in a ceremony held at the district administrative office earlier today. Known for his commitment to public service, Kumar wasted no time in making a significant impact upon taking charge.

Shortly after assuming office, Kumar, accompanied by a team of health professionals, proceeded to a local blood bank to donate blood. The act, aimed at promoting awareness about blood donation and encouraging others to contribute to this noble cause, resonated deeply with the people of  .

On this occasion, he said that making people aware of the development and welfare schemes of the government and successful implementation of the schemes would be his priorities. He said that as an administrative officer, it is the responsibility of taking the schemes of the government to the last person of the society, under the guidance of the Deputy Commissioner of the district and with the cooperation of the whole team, efforts will be made to discharge this responsibility sincerely, as well as in the office Special attention will also be given on capacity building so that the full potential of all the office bearers and personnel can be better utilised.

Prior to this, he has worked as Kodarma Sub-Divisional Officer and Joint Secretary in the Energy Department.
