Jamshedpur: Unidentified miscreants killed a 30 year old man near a canal in Chandil police station area. The body of the deceased was recovered on Monday.
According to ASI Vijay Kumar of Chandil PS, �It appears the man was murdered on the bridge over the canal and later thrown down. The head was badly crushed with some blunt or heavy object.�
Cops sent the body to MGM Medical College for postmortem examination. They said an investigation was on to identify the deceased and trace his killers. An FIR was registered in this connection against unidentified persons.
