Jamshedpur, Feb 23: Police arrested one Gopal Kumar Singh, a resident of Mosabani, for allegedly snatching the mobile phone of Sanchita Guha, a Tata Steel employee, on 20th January last. The incident took place in Ghatsila. Gopal snatched Guha�s phone when she was on a call and got away. He was arrested with the stolen mobile.
