Patna: In a significant development in the Bihar teacher recruitment process, a glaring anomaly has been detected involving three individuals who secured positions through the first phase of recruitment conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Director of Secondary Education, Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava, acting on behalf of Vaishali and Saharsa districts’ education officials, has directed the lodging of FIRs against these fraudulent teachers.
Upon close scrutiny, discrepancies emerged between the photos in the admit cards and those submitted during the joining process by the implicated individuals. The investigation revealed that not only did these fake teachers manage to secure positions, but they also attempted to manipulate the system by contributing to the applications of other candidates.

This revelation has raised concerns about the integrity of the ongoing teacher recruitment process in Bihar, prompting swift action by education authorities. The order to file FIRs against the fake teachers aims to address the fraudulent activity and maintain the credibility of the recruitment system.
