Jamshedpur, Sep 29: Madrasi Sammelani committee members on Thursday met Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato and submitted a memorandum seeking his intervention on restoration of daily trains from Jamshedpur (Tatanagar) to Chennai and Bangalore. The committee members requested MP to take up the matter with the Railway Minister. Mahato assured the members that he will meet the Railway Minister and appraise the situation and seek his help in restarting of the requested trains at an early date.
G Rammurthy, Chairman, Board of Trustees, V Natarajan, past Vice Chairman, S Sriram, Secretary M S Chandrasekhar Siva and R Nagraj from Madrasi Sammelani met the Member of Parliament in this connection.
