Ranchi: Governor Dr Syed Ahmad has given permission to the students of Session 2012-2013 to appear in the M.Phil examination.
He gave his assent to the proposal to start M.Phil studies on 8th March last. The decision was taken in view of the difficulty of old session students to take the exam.
