Jamshedpur : Hill Top School, played host to Frank Anthony Memorial All India Inter School Debate 2014 on Friday. A total of 14 participants from seven eminent schools, one each from Doranda and Giridih, and 5 five from Jamshedpur participated in the competition.
Dicky Mody, eminent quizzer and public speaker, was the moderator for the event. The judges for the event were Daphne D�Souza, former editor of Tata Motors� journals, Dr. Shahin Razi, lecturer at Jamshedpur Women�s College and Namita Agarwal (Principal, Jamshedpur Public School.
The program started with a tribute to Late Frank Anthony, after whom the debate has been named. The topic for the debate was �Modern living has led to the present environmental crisis�.
Rajsekhar Haldar, St. Xavier�s School. Doranda) was declared the Best Speaker & Vijeeth Srinivas (Loyola School) was declared Runner�s Up.
Vijeeth Srinivas and Aastha Talwar Loyola School were declared the Best Team. Rajsekhar Haldar and Abhishek Srivastava St. Xavier�s School. Doranda was declared the Runner�s up team.
