Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today said that the passing of the Lokpal Bill in the Parliament was a gift to the people of the country.
He said the Central government had done a great job by passing the Lokpal with its support. He said the decision regarding Lokpal had been taken at the right time.
He said change was the demand of time. He said the country had got the Lokpal after a long time.
